Processing Time:
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be held for verification by our team. Failure to confirm details may result in order cancellation.
Delivery and Tracking:
We deliver nationwide via best, reliable and fast networks.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days, depending on your location
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and then the courier company will contact you to ensure smooth delivery process.
If you do not receive tracking details after 2 days of placing orders, please contact our Customer Care team
Replacement Policy:
We only offer replacement in the following cases:
1. Product received damaged
2. Wrong product delivered
Important Conditions:
Replacement request must be made within 48 hours after receiving the order
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Due to the nature of our product we cannot accept return offer because of hygiene issues.
Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days (at the same price of previous order).
